We consider organisational culture
We know there's nothing worse than implementing a project with a team that doesn't fit your organisation's culture. Ultimately it delays projects and increases costs. We do not underestimate the importance of having the right people doing the right things right. We select our individual consultants and our teams to ensure close cultural alignment. It might sound easy, but it isn't. It's also critical.
