Marcus has over a decade of experience in architecting, developing and successfully delivering bespoke enterprise software solutions across a broad range of industries including Telephony, Financial, Government, Automotive and Insurance with clients across the globe.  Marcus believes strongly in the core tenants of agile software development and these are closely aligned with the way in which Marcus and his teams have delivered software over the last decade.

Marcus has built his reputation coming through the ranks as a respected Software Developer working mostly for Software Development Consulting firms based in New Zealand, Australia and the UK successfully delivering multi-million dollar projects. Marcus is passionate about solution delivery and relishes working closely with the client to architect the solution and enable the client  to realise material benefit through the delivery of an exemplarly solution.

Marcus has recently made the transition from career contractor to a permanent employee as a Solution Architect with 4impact and is inspired by the 4impact vision and leadership and the opportunity to deliver software the "way we know it can be done"!
