Permanent Professionals

By definition, a good permanent role should be fairly permanent.

Most people generally understand and agree with this as a concept, but in the real world this expectation can be difficult to achieve. Across a wide range of industries, many new permanent employees find themselves disillusioned within a few short months of their start date (we call this "job shock"). Ultimately, this leaves everyone rather unhappy.  The traditional model of recruitment - "do you have the skills and experience for this role?" - just isn't enough. Cultural match is critical.

At 4impact, it's as simple as 'the right person doing the right tasks'.  We assist clients with their permanent resourcing needs by presenting high-calibre candidates who are well matched to the role and specialist tasks, and equally aligned to the cultural values of client organisations. We seek out collegiate team players - in fact, we've developed a straightforward test for candidates who meet all of the role and task requirements (we call this the "BBQ Test"):

If we wouldn't invite the candidate home for a Saturday afternoon BBQ, we won't put them forward .

This is how we ensure we're always delivering 4impact people. They're different: they're understood and engaged, because we know the value of going beyond skills and experience to match culture and values.
